Currently, having a human resources software is essential if you want free-up the valuable time your human resources department in the development of routine tasks. This is the reason, OrgOS was founded, one of the most complete HR end-to-end tools on the market.
In addition to managing all tasks related to the HR department, OrgOS allows you to organise all the processes that have to do with recruiting, from the creation of the job offer to the final contracting.
In this post we will explain how to start configuring the recruitment modul of OrgOS.
Your implementation of recruiting starts with some general settings.
To get there, click on Settings > Recruiting > General. Here you can activate your own career site. You can also choose your own subdomain to get a more customised URL.
Depending on the default language, the apply button and some links appear in German or English.
If you want to forward incoming applications from your personal email inbox, you can use the 'Email to candidate' functionality. Emails sent to this address create a new candidate including the relevant attachments.
Within the section 'Career site info' you can add information to improve your brand and SEO. The company description will be used, if you post the link to your career site for example on linkedin or slack.

When choosing this icon your logo, aligned to the left, will be inserted. You can adjust the paddings and the background color.
The footer includes links to your website and blog, if you filled them in at Settings > Recruiting > Company links.
This component provides a list of all job openings with the status 'active' on your career site. Automatically synchronised in real-time.
The hero section allows you to upload an image. At the bottom, there will be a grey layer, where you can enter a headline (bigger fontsize) and a subheadline (smaller fontsize). See example on the picture above.
Use text, if you want to add some custom text to your career site. By double-clicking on the text you wrote, you can alter the appearance:
This triggers an upload of an individual image, which will be streched to fullsize width.
If you want to upload more than one picture in one row, use the image gallery. There you can upload several pictures, which are shown next to each other, streched to fullsize width.
This building block provides the possibility to upload photos of team members. They will be displayed in the form of a circle and can include the name and the title of the persons. To add this information simply click beneath the picture and enter the text.
To include a YouTube video just select this component, enter the url and you are ready!

Change the order
If you want to move your component up or down, please use the arrows.
Add padding and color
The settings icon brings you to a page, where you can adjust the paddings for top, bottom, right and left. There you can also change the color and background-color.
By selecting the trash sign, you can delete the respective component.
